Kids log chores, exercise, reading, homework and other daily habits. Each task has a point value set by a parent, and logging it adds the points instantly along with a streak update.

Can parents approve rewards before points are spent?

Yes. When a child taps Redeem, the request goes to the parent approvals queue. Parents can approve, bulk-approve, or reject with a reason before any points are deducted.

Does the whole family share one account?

Each family has a household with its own invite code. Every parent and child creates their own login, and everyone's points, levels and streaks are tracked separately while shared family quests are earned together.

Is Busy Beaver Rewards free to use?

Yes, Busy Beaver Rewards is free to use in any modern web browser on phones, tablets and computers, and data syncs across devices.

What age are chore charts with points best for?

The app works well for roughly ages 5 to 17. Younger kids do best with short daily must-dos like brushing teeth and reading, while teens respond to bigger rewards such as screen time, social media access or cash.

Can parents set custom tasks and reward point values?

Parents can create any task or reward and choose its point value. Kids can suggest their own goals too, but a parent has to approve the goal and its points before it counts.

How do streaks and levels work?

Logging a task on consecutive calendar days builds a streak, with bonus points at 3, 7 and 30 days. Points also stack into levels, so every 100 points earns a level up and a celebration.

Does the app work on both iPad and computer?

Yes. Everything is stored in the cloud, so a child can log tasks on an iPad while a parent approves rewards from a laptop and both see the same points and history.
